Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. This means the item must be free of odors, makeup traces, and any signs of wear, with all tags still attached and uncut, and in its original undamaged packaging.
Certain items, including Final Sale items, discounted items, clearance items, personalized products, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear, corsets, wrap sets, and other intimate apparel, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping for Returns: If your product was purchased on sale, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items: Some sale items may be labeled final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during a sale, promotional period, clearance event, or marked as discounted are considered Final Sale unless otherwise stated. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect sizing, preference changes, delayed delivery expectations, or no longer wanting the item.
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once received: Bodysuits, Corsets, Wrap sets, Swimwear, Lingerie, Shapewear, Adhesive Bras, Any other intimate apparel.
This policy applies regardless of whether the item has been worn, tried on, washed, or remains in its original packaging. These restrictions are in place to protect the health and safety of all customers and comply with standard retail hygiene practices.
The customer is responsible for consulting our size guide before placing an order. Returns due to incorrect sizing on otherwise eligible items do not entitle the customer to a refund of original or return shipping costs. We strongly encourage all customers to review our size guide carefully prior to purchase.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not contractually guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control do not constitute grounds for return, refund, or cancellation.
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@valentina-rose.com to initiate the return. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Step 2: You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address.
Step 3: Securely package the item, include your receipt or order confirmation, and ship it using a reliable carrier.
Step 4: Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

All returns will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
Customers may request to cancel their order shortly after placing it.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of placing the order are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
After 8 hours, orders are usually already packed and prepared for shipment, which makes cancellation difficult and not guaranteed.
Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
